You can steam your vegetables, proof and bake bread, reheat your rice dishes, and bake as usual. Steam the entire time, add steam when you need it, or select from one of many automatic programs. You can also combine steaming with other heating modes for succulent, flavourful and clean-tasting dishes.

The ecolytic coating traps the grease generated during baking, broiling and roasting and breaks it down with each cooking cycle. When the oven reaches high temperatures, back side and side walls clean themselves. It will be completed by Easy Clean for the cleaning of the base of the oven interior.
