LARGE FORMAT COOKING
When entertaining, the dual oven cavities of Smegs 120cm Freestanding Cookers makes catering simple. The two generous 79L (net) capacity means two different meals can be cooked separately, at the same time! Healthy meals are ready in just 30 minutes. These new cavities are characterised by its unique shape, with rounded corners and smooth, uniform walls, for maximum thermal insulation and optimal energy performance. Unique in its class, the large oven is categorised in energy efficiency class A + (EU standard).

MULTI-FUEL, HYBRID COOKTOP
The 120cm cooktop offers three different types of cooking for versatility and quality comparable to professional kitchen appliances. A single cooktop houses the Multizone induction hob in a functional and elegant way, three gas burners - including an ultra-rapid burner - and a teppanyaki electric plate for the preparation of delicious grilled dishes in traditional Asian style.

ERGONOMIC KNOBS
The precise design of the cooker features metal control knobs inspired by professional cookers. These knobs are robust and solid yet ergonomic offering precise control without looking.

CAST-IRON PAN STANDS
The solid cast-iron pan stands cover the burner, creating a harmonious and ergonomic surface onto which pots can be placed and moved safely and securely. In addition to providing a highly professional look, these ensure excellent performance, which remains unaffected over time.

SOFT CLOSE DOOR
The new soft-close mechanism on Smeg's oven doors ensures a two-stage soft and quiet close. Smeg's quality hinges also ensure the door will not drop on opening, an intrinsic safety feature.

SINGLE-POINT TEMPERATURE PROBE
Cook like a professional. The single-point probe measures the internal temperature of your food for precise cooking results, so you are never left guessing.

ULTIMATE CLEANING
Pyrolytic self cleaning oven technology means one less kitchen chore. The oven heats to a temperature approaching 500 degrees C for up to three hours and carbonises grease and food residue to a fine ash that can be easily wiped out with a damp cloth.
