The Bertazzoni Professional Series P755CPROX is a 75cm gas hob engineered for serious cooking. Featuring five high-efficiency aluminium burners with precise metal control knobs, this professional-grade cooktop delivers category-leading time-to-boil performance in under 6 minutes.  
  
The centrepiece 5kW wok ring with dual flame rings offers versatility for searing and simmering, while sealed power burners and reduced flame-to-cookware distance maximise heat transfer. A continuous cast iron contour grate provides stable, secure pan support across the single-piece stainless steel maintop with integrated spill-prevention barriers.  
  
Safety is paramount with thermocouple devices installed on every burner, allowing gas flow only when flame is present. Larger spacing between burners accommodates multiple pans simultaneously. Available in stainless steel and black enamel finishes, the P755CPROX combines professional performance with durability for the discerning home chef.
